Mentorship is a vital component in one’s artistic, business and professional development. I began mentoring professionally in 2013 and have continued feature of my work as part of my general provision at Nick Redfern Music Limited. I am a member of the Royal College of Music mentoring platform PUSHfar.
Ideally, a mentoring session will be for 60 minutes and sessions should occur at monthly intervals as part of a mutually designed programme of development. The sessions are in person or online. Mentorship is a partnership and will always be mutually beneficial.
